1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you could understand.
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 15-30 calendar days in the United States, depending on how fast customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.
2.WHEN LEFT A WRONG ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@radinnoo.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
3.TAX AND DUTIES
Generally speaking,there no extra customs duty. But the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any once order amount over $800. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
4.DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15-30 calendar days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.Please note we do not ship on weekends.
5.SHIPPING COTSTS
We will charge a shipping fee of $5.99 for each order to All The United States. You can check it when placing order. Generally the value under $800 don’t need to pay for the customs duties in the USA.
6.LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Our website is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you still have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping company according to the information we provided to you on the "tracking page".
